Return Policy

As a consumer in the EU/EEA you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. The conditions and the model withdrawal form are set out on our Withdrawal page, and nothing on this page limits those statutory rights. The information below explains how returns and refunds work in practice.

The statutory right of withdrawal applies to consumers only. Orders placed by businesses, clubs, or for commercial purposes (B2B) are governed by our Terms & Conditions and are not covered by the statutory right of withdrawal.

How to start a return:

  • Contact us at office@rennbetrieb.com or submit a request through your customer account.
  • Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  • We will check your request, once confirmed you will receive the return instructions.

You do not need a customer account to withdraw from your purchase — an informal statement by email or via the withdrawal form is sufficient.

Return Conditions:

During the withdrawal period you are welcome to examine the goods as you would in a shop. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. In that case we may deduct a corresponding amount from your refund.

For voluntary returns handled as a goodwill gesture (for example, a simple change of mind), we ask that items are unused, in their original condition, with packaging and seals intact, and securely packed to avoid damage in transit.

Exceptions:

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalised - for example custom-plotted decals, bespoke club badges, or other made-to-order items. These items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping costs, including any customs duties or import taxes, are the responsibility of the customer
  • Returns are accepted only at our Austrian warehouse address listed below

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued within 14 days using the original payment method.
Shipping fees and customs charges are non-refundable. We reserve the right to withhold refunds until the returned items have been received or proof of return has been provided.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items:

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us at office@rennbetrieb.com as soon as possible. In these cases we cover the cost of the return and will replace the item or issue a full refund. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
