The right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from receipt of the goods. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send this declaration before the period expires. Once the period has expired, there is no right of withdrawal.

After submitting, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt. This only confirms that we received your declaration, not its validity. We will then check whether the legal requirements are met and contact you.
