Return Policy

You may return your order within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at office@rennbetrieb.com or submit your request via your customer account, including your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging and seals intact
• Products must be securely packed to avoid damage during return shipping
• Used or damaged items are not eligible for return

Return Shipping:

• Return shipping costs, including any customs duties or import taxes, are the responsibility of the customer

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued within 14 days using the original payment method.
Shipping fees and customs charges are non-refundable. We reserve the right to withhold refunds until the returned items have been received or proof of return has been provided.
